I'm a 5th and 6th grade Science teacher, up until now, I have never heard of Edmodo.  Seeing and learning about this has given me a new opportunity to set up my assignments online for my students.  This website was built for teachers, it give us everything we need in one place and allows us to keep in touch with our students at the touch of a button.  Giving home work and even quizzes is very convenient with Edmodo, I like how it allows you to grade your quizzes and follow the assignments you give to your students.  The ability to create different groups and accounts is very accommodating and useful for both student and teacher, as it gives you the ability to write notes, submit assignments, create polls, and quizzes.  This tool can also be used among teachers and administrators as well, to share what is being taught in the classroom, and to allow input and feedback on the lessons that are being used and created.  I definitely plan to implement this website into my classroom, in which I feel will be a great success and my students will definitely be engaged and happy to use as they are very technologically advanced and enjoy using it, especially in a classroom.
